SHIPPING POLICY

1. Custom-Made Orders & Processing Time

All TA-BOU products are custom made to order. Because each item is individually crafted, production times vary based on order requirements, customization details, order size, and current production volume.

• Estimated production and delivery timeframe: 4–6 weeks
• This timeframe is our best estimate, not a guarantee.
• Some orders may require additional time depending on complexity, materials, or bulk quantities.

Orders are not mass-produced and are not shipped immediately after purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these custom production timelines.

If we experience a high volume of orders or unforeseen production delays, delivery times may be extended. Should there be a significant delay beyond the estimated timeframe, we will contact you via email.


2. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.


3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has completed production and shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

Tracking information will become active within 24 hours of shipment.


4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

TA-BOU is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs, taxes, and Import fees) are the sole responsibility of the customer.


5. Damages

TA-BOU is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.
